Julie Wilhelmy, a California native, is a licensed broker in California and has also been licensed in Nevada and Illinois. Julie was initially licensed in 1984.  For 12-years, she was also Senior VP off Chrysler's real estate division in San Diego. While growing her real estate business, Julie co-created two SAAS companies selling nationwide REOs, eviction assets, foreclosures, short sales and standard residential properties.

Chris Wilhelmy was born in Yuma, Arizona as the oldest of 9 siblings. After college, Chris relocated to San Diego, where he spent many years in the landscape construction business, including Sea World and Hotel le Meridien, at Coronado Island. Deciding to apply his knowledge of San Diego County to real estate, he began his career in 1988 with his wife, Julie, and subsequently built his reputation in the San Diego real estate market.
